These details are published in compliance with article 10 of Ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de servicios de la sociedad de la información y de comercio electrónico (LSSI-CE), Spain's information society services and e-commerce act.

GanaSubvenciones is a platform that brings together the grant calls for applications (convocatorias) aimed at non-profit organisations, alerts you to their deadlines, reads their rules with the help of artificial intelligence and is used to manage the ones you apply for. The catalogue is free to consult; fit analysis and management are paid for through plans, and project writing, done by a team of people, is ordered separately. Whatever you buy is also governed by the terms of sale.

This legal notice governs access to and use of the site. Browsing the site means accepting it in the version in force, which is the one published on this page. Anyone who disagrees with any of these conditions should not use the site.

The site is to be used in accordance with the law, good faith and this legal notice. Specifically, you may not:

• Post or spread unlawful or defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Try to access restricted areas, other people's accounts or the systems the service runs on.
• Extract the catalogue in bulk or automatically, or re-use the analyses to build an equivalent service.
• Impersonate another person or organisation, or pass the account to someone who is not part of the organisation.
• Interfere with the normal running of the service, introduce harmful code or overload it deliberately.

Breaching these conditions allows access to be suspended or cancelled, with no right to compensation. If a paid plan is running, the unused part is refunded unless the breach has caused damage.

Some features require creating an account. The details provided must be truthful and kept up to date; the organisation is responsible for the information it enters about itself, which is what is used to work out its fit with the calls.

Your password is personal. If you suspect someone has got into your account, change it and let us know at the contact email address. Open sessions can be closed from the dashboard.

The financial terms of the plans – the price, what each one includes and how team members are counted – are published on the pricing page. There is no minimum term: you cancel from the dashboard and access lasts until the end of the period already paid for.

The site's design, the code, the GanaSubvenciones brand, our own texts and the structure of the database belong to the owner or are used under licence from the relevant rights holder.

The information about the calls is not ours. It comes from the Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS), the national grants database, and from the websites of the foundations running the calls, and it is re-used under Ley 37/2007, de reutilización de la información del sector público, the Spanish act on the re-use of public sector information. What is our own work, and is protected as such, is the selection, the cleaning, the classification and the analyses generated from it.

The documents, texts and logos an organisation uploads remain its own. They are processed only in order to provide the service, and can be deleted at any time.

Reproducing or substantially extracting the site's content without written permission is not allowed. Linking to any of its pages is allowed, and you do not need to ask.

What counts is the official call. The catalogue is a reference tool: the deadlines, amounts and requirements that are binding are those in the official gazette and in the bases reguladoras – the binding rules of the call – published by the body running it. Check them there before you submit anything. We accept no liability for errors, omissions or divergence from the original source.

Fit analyses are generated by an AI model from the bases reguladoras and the organisation's profile. They are guidance for deciding where to spend your time, not a legal opinion and not a guarantee that the grant will be awarded. The decision to apply, and responsibility for what is submitted, belong to the organisation.

We aim to keep the service available continuously, but we do not guarantee it: it may be interrupted for maintenance, by a fault or by causes beyond our control. Nor do we accept liability for damage arising from improper use of the site or from a breach of these conditions by whoever is using it.

The site links to third-party pages: official gazettes, sedes electrónicas (the government's online filing portals), foundation websites and the documents for each call. They are there so you can reach the original source. We do not control their content and accept no liability for it, and the link implies no relationship with whoever publishes them.

If a link leads to unlawful or inappropriate content, just let us know at hola@ganasubvenciones.com and we will take it down.

This text may be updated when the service or the law changes. The date at the top says when it was last reviewed. If the change affects something important, registered accounts are told by email before it takes effect.

The relationship between the owner and whoever uses the site is governed by Spanish law.

Where the person using the site is a consumer – and under article 3 of the consolidated Spanish consumer protection act (TRLGDCU), associations and foundations acting on a non-profit basis outside a business activity are consumers – the courts of their place of residence have jurisdiction. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals for the owner's address (Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona), unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
