A set of rules is forty pages of official gazette, and what decides whether it is worth applying is spread across three articles and an annex. Every call in the catalogue is read right through with artificial intelligence, and out of it come what scores, what is required and what rules you out – and each piece of data carries the exact sentence from the document it came from, so that it can be checked.

How it works

We download the rules
The official PDF from the BDNS or from the foundation's website. If it is scanned, we run text recognition over it; if it is in Word, we read it just the same.

We read them with AI and check them
A model pulls out criteria, weights, requirements, warnings and documents. Then every quotation is looked for word for word in the document: whatever is not there is flagged for review.

The record is ready
Criteria ordered by weight, with what each one is looking for; the requirements that rule you out, in red; the documents in a list. And if the rules change, they are read again.
