There are three ways to reach us, and they are not the same.
The assistant
It lives in Help and answers straight away with this same documentation. It knows which plan you are on, how much of your profile is filled in, how many credits you have left and how many alerts are unread, so it can say “your deadline alerts are switched off” instead of reciting an article. It doesn't see your files or the content of your calls, and it doesn't spend credits: asking how something works isn't charged for.
Each conversation allows eight questions. On the ninth it sends you to write to us, and that is deliberate: anyone eight questions in without solving it needs a person, not another go.
The form
On Contact there is a dropdown of reasons: a question, something isn't working, plans and billing, your data or your account, press, something else. Choosing the right reason is what gets it to the right person sooner. We answer within one or two working days.
Our emails can't be replied to
Alerts and account emails come from noreply@ganasubvenciones.com, a send-only address: if you reply, nobody reads it. The form above is the only way, and it has one advantage: it saves your message before notifying us, so nothing is lost even if the email fails.
We are a small team and we answer ourselves, not a robot. If something is blocking you, say so in the message: it goes first. Before writing, maybe something isn't working or the FAQs will sort it out.
