A credit is one use of artificial intelligence. Only two features spend them, and they do two different jobs.
- The fit analysis: it reads a call's rules against your organisation's profile and says whether it's worth applying. It's spent before you write anything. It's set out in full in the AI fit analysis.
- The Match: it reads the project you're going to submit and scores it criterion by criterion, with the narrative already written. It's in scoring your project.
Nothing else takes credits off. Not the draft narrative either, as things stand today.
How many each plan comes with
Explora comes with one analysis and no Matches, and it isn't topped back up. Analiza, ten analyses and five Matches. Gana, twenty and ten. Ilimitado, fifty and twenty-five. The period is the one you signed up for: paying monthly they come back every month; paying annually, once a year. The plans are alongside.
How they come back
The balance isn't a counter someone has to refill: it's worked out by counting what has been spent inside the period that is running. That's why they come back on their own when the plan renews, with no monthly process that could fail to run one month. What's left over doesn't roll over: the plan's credits expire when the new period starts.
When they run out
You top up: you pay the plan's price again and the same credits come back, without changing plan or moving the renewal date. Credits from a top-up don't expire, and they are spent after the plan's own – what is about to expire goes first, which is the only order that doesn't waste money.
You can also leave auto top-up switched on, with a cap on top-ups per period that you set yourselves. Turning it on needs a paid plan and a saved card; turning it off is one click and asks for nothing, because withdrawing permission to charge you should never cost more than giving it.
If the artificial intelligence fails and the result never comes out, the credit is given back on its own. You don't have to ask.
