There are four plans, and they differ in two things: how many grants you can have under way at once and how much artificial intelligence you get in each period. The catalogue, the alerts and the management tools are the same in all four.
What each one comes with
- Explora: free, doesn't expire and doesn't ask for a card. It comes with one fit analysis, one and that's it: it isn't topped back up the following month. It's a taster, to see what the feature does. And one grant under way, to try the management side with a real one.
- Analiza: €39 a month or €396 a year. Up to five grants under way at once, and ten fit analyses and five Matches in each period.
- Gana: €79 a month or €804 a year. Up to ten grants under way, and twenty analyses and ten Matches in each period.
- Ilimitado: €139 a month or €1,416 a year. No limit on grants under way, and fifty analyses and twenty-five Matches in each period.
Paying for the whole year works out 15% cheaper than paying month by month. What counts as an analysis and what counts as a Match is set out in the credits.
What counts as 'under way'
Everything on the board except two kinds: grants that were turned down and awarded grants whose report has already been submitted. Those free up the space for another. If you move to a smaller plan and end up with more than it allows, nothing is removed or locked: you keep working with all of them, and the only thing you can't do is open another until you're back under the limit.
What doesn't depend on the plan
Searching and filtering the whole catalogue, saving calls, the alerts, the tasks, the Library and reporting use up no credits, whichever plan you're on. What you pay for is how many grants you run at once, what uses artificial intelligence, and the team seats.
The team
The first person is included in any plan, the free one too. From there, each seat is €8.90 a month or €90 a year, added to the plan's invoice. There's no cap on how many people.
