Finding calls

The AI fit analysis

What it adds to the percentage, what it costs and when it's worth it.

The fit percentage compares four fields and comes out on its own, for the whole catalogue at once. The analysis does something else: it reads the rules of one particular call against your organisation's profile and tells you whether it is worth applying.

What you get back

  • A verdict, two or three sentences long: the answer to “should we go for this?”.
  • Its own percentage, this one with the rules read.
  • What you have going for you and what counts against you, each one with the criterion in the rules that rewards it or penalises it. A strength with no criterion behind it is a compliment; with one, it is an argument for the narrative.
  • What we would do differently: concrete things for this call, not generic advice.
  • This rules you out, in its own section, because with an unresolved knock-out requirement no tactics will help.

What it costs and how long it takes

You ask for it from the Your analysis tab of the record, and it uses one analysis credit. The Explora plan comes with one and it is not renewed – it is a taster – while Analiza comes with ten per period and Gana with twenty, and both can be topped up without changing plan. It takes between half a minute and a minute, and if something fails the credit comes back.

You need your organisation's profile completed: without it there is nothing to compare the rules against.

When it is worth it

Use the list to get from the whole catalogue down to four or five candidates, and analyse those. The analysis is saved and you can go back to it while you put the application together. When there is one, the record shows two figures, AI fit and Automatic; they may not agree, and that difference says something: the first has read the rules and the second has not. If you change the profile afterwards, the saved analysis is marked as out of date instead of disappearing, and whether to redo it is up to you.

It is a steer for deciding, not a ruling. What is binding is the rules, linked from the same record.

How they are shared out by plan, and the top-ups, are in credits and in plans. Scoring a narrative you have already written is a different thing: Match.
