Right now you can't ask for an expert review. The screen is there in the dashboard and says so the moment you open it: the section isn't ready yet. There's no form, no price and no way to order one from the website.
What it's going to be, according to what that same screen announces: you ask us to review your application before you submit it, we read it and we write back telling you what you'd change to score higher. People reading a narrative, not a model.
In the meantime
The closest thing that does work is the match: it scores your project criterion by criterion against a call for applications (convocatoria) and gives back, for each criterion, what's missing and what to change. It isn't a person reading it, but it works from the same scoring sheet the committee would use.
And before that, the fit analysis answers the question that comes first: whether it's worth applying for that call at all.
