My organisation is your organisation's record, and it isn't paperwork: it is where the data comes from that gets compared against the rules of each call to work out your fit. The fuller it is, the better ordered the catalogue comes out. Each field saves itself when you leave it, so you can fill it in a bit at a time.
What each piece of data is for
- The date established is the requirement that comes up most: a great many calls demand a minimum age. Without it there is no telling whether you are in or out.
- The register you are listed in. What they look at is the level: a national call is not covered by a municipal registration.
- Your fields of work are the filter that cuts the list down most. It is the piece of data that turns the catalogue from a listing into yours.
- Where you work, because many calls require an office or a presence in their territory. The groups you support are finer-grained than the field of work: “children” is not the same as “migrant children”.
- Your budget and your staff are a measure of standing: some ask for a minimum and others are meant for small organisations. The previous year's budget matters because some cap the funding at a percentage of what you spent.
- Your mission is used when fit is analysed with AI, and recognitions, certifications and networks count towards the standing criteria in many calls.
The profile percentage
The number you see at the top and on the dashboard's front page is not a mark: it is how far your organisation can be compared against the rules today. It is worked out from ten fields with different weightings, and the weightings are not arbitrary – they come from counting how many calls in the catalogue require each thing. That is why the date established and the fields of work weigh more than the number of paid staff.
Each tab – Who you are, What you work on, Size and standing and Contact – tells you how many calls require whatever is missing inside it. Next to them are Appearance, the Documents that come up in every application, and Staff, the people on your team. Billing is only visible to whoever administers.
A profile at 100% doesn't mean you'll be awarded anything: it means no data is missing for the comparison any more. What decides is still the scoring committee.
