GanaSubvenciones is a tool for Third Sector organisations: associations, foundations, NGOs, development NGOs (ONGD), federations and social initiative cooperatives. It does three things, and it's worth knowing which before you start.
- It brings the calls for applications (convocatorias) together in one catalogue, so you don't have to keep an eye on fifteen different gazettes. Where they come from and how often they are updated is in Where the calls come from.
- It reads the rules – the bases reguladoras – with artificial intelligence and pulls out the scoring criteria with their weightings, the requirements and the documents they ask for. Anything that is not stated word for word in the document is flagged for a manual check instead of being published.
- It follows every grant from the moment you decide to apply until you report on it, with its tasks, its deadlines and its documents. That lives in Managing a grant.
What it doesn't do
It doesn't submit the application. It doesn't sign with a digital certificate, it doesn't log in to any sede electrónica – the government's online filing portal – and it doesn't file anything in your name. What it does is show you where to apply and link to the official portal; the filing is yours to do.
It doesn't guarantee you'll be awarded anything, and nobody can. The scoring committee for each call is what decides. What can be done is knowing in time what is out there, what fits your organisation and what the scoring is based on, so you don't spend two weeks on a project narrative that never stood a chance. We're not a consultancy either, and we don't take a percentage of what you're awarded.
What it costs
Searching, filtering, opening records and saving calls costs nothing and has no limit. What you pay for is what the artificial intelligence does with your data: the fit analysis and the Match of a project against a call. Each one spends a credit, and credits come with your plan.
